Confidence
The Beginning

What is confidence?
Is confidence tha ability to believe in yourself?
Does confidence give you strength?
Can it make your dreams come true?
Yet how can you obtain such a wonderful, and mystical thing?

Does it exist in another world?
Is it grown in the mind?
Or is it a gift passed down from friend to friend
through simple acceptance?
If so, what are we willing to do for acceptance?

A simple change of clothes?
Transform our way of life?
Become a beast, a complete monster from which can only
be observed through the eyes you abandoned
before releasing the demon inside.

Is this mission then hopeless?
The journey you sought out for to be come immortal,
will it end up destroying the very fabric that is your way of being,
to make room for a creature, hideous in the eyes of the creator.

Now you, the Creator, must decide your fate.
Seek for the double-edge of confidence,
or
stay the same, with the friends that respect you?

But i wonder still.
By accepting your decision.
Am I helping you, or
Handing you the dagger that will take your life.
